Welcome to Grit by Hersh Private Limited.

By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. We keep them simple so you always know what’s up.

1. Products

Each piece is crafted with care, and variations in texture or finish are part of what makes every Grit by Hersh Private Limited item unique. Product colors may appear slightly different on screen than in person.

2. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in INR unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through Razor pay or other trusted gateways. Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled.

3. Shipping

We ship across India. Shipping times vary based on location — you’ll receive tracking details once your order ships. We’re not responsible for delays once the package is in transit.

4. Refunds & Returns

We have a NO RETURN policy. Items sent back to us will not be accepted.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, the customer will need to pay for a new shipping label.

Refunds are only issued if an item is out of stock or under special circumstances approved by Grit by Hersh Private Limited. Refunds are given as store credit (gift card) only, delivered via email.

If something arrives broken or incorrect, email gritbyhersh@gmail.com immediately with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right.

Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, Grit by Hersh Private Limited is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
