Shipping

• We ship across India.
• All orders are processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days after confirmation.
• For India, standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
• Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package in real time.
• Shipping time can vary from 3 to 7 days, or occasionally longer, depending on the delivery pincode. Please note that shipping time cannot be guaranteed by us.
• Any order placed on Saturday will be shipped the following Monday.

Please note: Grit by Hersh Private Limited is not responsible for any delays caused by carriers, customs, or other circumstances once the package is in transit.

Returns

• All Grit by Hersh Private Limited pieces are limited edition handcrafted collectibles, made with care and precision.
• Because of this, we maintain a NO RETURN policy.

* NOTE: Each piece is high-fired in the kiln. Due to the firing process, applied stickers may show slight variations, including minor wear or tearing. These are inherent to the process and are not considered defects or grounds for exchange.

• Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
• If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or failed delivery, you’ll need to cover the cost of a new shipping label to have it reshipped.

Refunds

• We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order is placed.
• Refunds are only considered under special circumstances or if an item is out of stock.
• Approved refunds are issued as store credit (gift card) via email — no cash refunds.

If something arrives broken, damaged, or incorrect, email us immediately at gritbyhersh@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item.

We’ll review it promptly and make it right.

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, GRIT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
